I have been the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator for the Kawartha Lakes Health Care Initiative since 2008. This position is responsible for the recruitment and retention of family doctors in the City of Kawartha Lakes and reports to a volunteer Board of Directors. In 2017, I was the proud recipient of the Canadian Association of Staff Physician Recruiter’s ‘Recruiter Recognition Award’ and in 2020 was honoured with their ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’.
