I am the Primary Care Physician Recruiter for Middlesex London, working to attract, recruit, and retain family physicians while helping improve access to primary care across our community.
My role is highly relationship focused. I work directly with physicians at all stages of their careers, including family medicine residents, new graduates, internationally trained physicians relocating to Ontario, established physicians considering a move, and physicians looking for locum or practice takeover opportunities.
I connect physicians with opportunities throughout **London and Middlesex County**, including FHO, FHO+, FHG, CCM, fee-for-service, managed practice, locum, and established practice takeover opportunities. I also support physicians through introductions, practice matching, transition planning, and navigating the many considerations involved in establishing a practice in our community.
Since beginning this role, I have successfully recruited new primary care providers, facilitated practice takeovers for retiring physicians, filled locum needs, and developed a growing pipeline of physicians considering Middlesex London.
My overall goal is simple: **bring more family physicians to Middlesex London, support the physicians already practicing here, and help connect more residents with the primary care they need. **
