Meadowcrest Pharmacy is offering an excellent opportunity for a Family Physician looking to establish and grow their own practice in London, Ontario.

With no existing physician currently operating from the location, the incoming physician will have significant flexibility in establishing their practice, including selecting their preferred EMR and practice structure.

Practice Details

• • Opportunity: Full-Time Family Physician
  • Payment Model: Fee-for-Service (FFS), with flexibility to explore the most appropriate billing model for the incoming physician
  • EMR: Physician's choice – the clinic will subscribe to the EMR preferred by the incoming physician
  • Clinical Space: 3 examination rooms
  • Practice Structure: Choice of leased space or fully managed practice

Flexible Financial Options

Option 1 – Independent Lease

For physicians who prefer to operate their practice independently, a straightforward leasing arrangement is available. The physician can rent the clinical space and independently manage their own practice.

Option 2 – Fully Managed Practice

For physicians looking for administrative and operational support, Meadowcrest Pharmacy can provide a fully managed practice arrangement.

• • Year 1: Physician retains 100% of billings, allowing time to establish and grow their patient practice.
  • Year 2 onward: 70/30 fee split, with the physician retaining 70% of billings and the clinic receiving 30% for practice management and support.
