Plastic Surgeon

The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Niagara Health seeks a highly skilled and motivated surgeon with a track record for providing compassionate and efficient care to join the Department.

Current Group

• The successful applicant will join a group of 4 (with new recruit)
• Provide full coverage of general plastic surgery services
• Operative interest in and experience general plastic surgery

The Role

• 1 FTE Positon.
• This position is supported by ambulatory surgery and fracture clinic resources at our Welland hospital site and Operating time at the Niagara Falls hospital site.

The Practice

• Call: 1 in 4 regional call coverage
• The candidate will have strong skills including breast reconstruction to support breast cancer care
• Opportunity to participate in academic initiatives and medical student teaching
• Provision of community-based office and emergency department consultations
• A new South Niagara site hospital is anticipated to be opened in 2028
