Niagara Falls Community Health Centre is seeking a Family Physician to join its interdisciplinary primary-care team.

This is a salaried position within a community health centre model, providing comprehensive primary care to patients in Niagara Falls. The physician will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support equitable access to care, health promotion, chronic disease management, and care coordination.

The Opportunity

• Provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary care

• No individual FHO roster or overhead requirements

Qualifications

• Eligible for independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practise medicine in Ontario
• Commitment to accessible, inclusive, and team-based primary care
• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is an asset
