Welland McMaster Family Health Team is seeking a Family Physician to establish a new practice at its Prince Charles Drive location in Welland.

This is an opportunity to practise within an established Family Health Organization model, supported by Family Health Team funding and an experienced group of 11 physicians.

• Establish a new comprehensive family practice within an FHO model

Applicants must be eligible for independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and eligible to practise and bill OHIP.
