Brightshores Health System is a six-hospital network serving more than 170,000 residents and 2 million annual visitors in Grey Bruce. Our Owen Sound Hospital is the regional referral centre, offering Level 2/3 Critical Care Units (ICU, CCU, Step-Down), 24/7 diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PACS, labs), and comprehensive specialty support. Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Interested candidates will ideally hold applicable FRCPC designation and/or relevant equivalent qualifications (e.g., USA board certification, training in Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada approved training jurisdictions, or Practice Eligibility Route candidates).
• Independent license to practice in Ontario and/or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physician and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Broad-based clinical expertise in acute & chronic medicine
• Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Interest in regional and rural health integration
