Adult Psychiatrist - Clinical Research & Hospital-Based Practice

Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist with a background in clinical research to join our mental health team in Windsor, Ontario, in a flexible, hospital-based role with locum coverage possibilities. Our Ouellette campus provides acute mental health care to residents of Windsor and Essex County over 16 years of age, featuring 68 psychiatric beds, including an 8-bed Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and two 30-bed units.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a collegial team of 12 psychiatrists while contributing to clinical excellence, academic teaching, and research innovation.

• Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
• Independent Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability across hospital-based care models, and a passion for advancing evidence-based psychiatry.
