New FHO possibilities in St Thomas/Elgin County as we have a "High Physician needs" designation. This 20,000 sq. ft. medical centre located at 25 Elm Street in St. Thomas has 5,000 sq. ft. that is a turnkey clinic with spacious bright private offices and examinations rooms for a FHO of 6-8 physicians.
Support and Resources
- The Income stabilization program is available from the Ministry.
- Each physician can receive a start-up grant from the City/County.
- On site collaborative care in building is supported by Life Labs, Life mark Physio and Elmdale Medical Pharmacy.
- Lots of opportunity to build a roster quickly.
