Take over for a retiring physician. Two physicians looking to transition out of practice.
Practice Details
- This clinic includes 3 physicians and is a part of an expanding FHO group of 16
- Ability to add a 4th physician with 9 exam rooms in the clinic
- Support staff includes an RPN and reception staff
- Rosters are approx. 1450 & 1950 patients that includes a cross-section of ages and stages
- Full comprehensive primary care scope of work
- Finding the right fit for the clinic is a priority
- On-call and after-hours coverage is arranged through the full FHO group of 16
- This is currently a paper practice. Ability to choose EMR of your preference.

Located in a medical building within a neighbourhood plaza in Kitchener with pharmacy and free parking.
