FHO start-up or move opportunity: 6 doctors wanted

Overview

A newly renovated building in the south-end of London, ON is looking for at least six family doctors to create a FHO group start-up, with more than six physicians being possible. An existing FHO group could also move into this bright space. As this is a blank slate clinic space, the EMR and fittings can be decided upon by the new FHO team. This offer is for the premise only -- there will not be management services included.

• Signing bonus of $20,000
• Rent only lease with 5 year term

Space and Equipment

• Each physician will have two exam rooms, a workstation, and an office (the exam rooms and office spaces may be shared)
