Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive health measures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health education.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
• Valid license to practice medicine in Ontario.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
