Family Physician

Overview

Physician-led Family Health Organization (FHO) with experienced office manager and support staff, including onsite billing. We are a congenial group of four (4) family physicians and a nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care for the community of Perth (6,000) and surrounding area (regional population of 44,000). We have an on site seniors day program and a primary care physician with an ADHD focused practice.

• New turnkey clinic
• EMR (PS suite)
• In patient care is required (Perth Site/ Great War Memorial Hospital)
• Shared weekend Call
• No extended clinic hours required
