CDK Family Medicine and Walk-in Clinic Physicians who are interested in forming a permanent practice of rostered patients and working regular hours can join our group in either FHG or FHO model, according to their preference. We are also seeking a walk-in doctor who can work with us at least 2-3 shifts per week and 1 weekend per month, in rotation with the other doctors. We have availability for a part-time walk-in physician only at this time.
Municipal relocation support for spouses and family are available through the NEST program.
