The Gravenhurst Clinic is located in the Gravenhurst Pharmacy PharmaChoice, in magnificent Muskoka 205 Muskoka Road North, Gravenhurst, ON P1P 1X2 The clinic is recruiting full-time and part-time family physicians to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The clinic has a list of 4000 patients.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. You can create your own schedule as hours are flexible. We can accommodate full or part-time hours.
Clinic Operations: The clinic is open from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm and closed on Sundays.
Staff: There is 1 full-time UK GP who recently started, 1 part-time family physician currently on a leave, a registered nurse, a diabetic educator, pharmacist, and a chiropractor, all currently working in the clinic.
Location: The clinic and pharmacy are in downtown Gravenhurst and within walking distance from the lake. Gravenhurst is a beautiful country-style town located at the Gateway to Muskoka, only two hours north of Toronto.
South Muskoka Memorial Hospital: South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge is a 67-bed facility, providing 24-hour emergency care and in-patient services. There are opportunities for GP-ED, GP-OB, and GP-Hospitalist, as well as MRP for your admitted patients.
Local Consults: General Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Urology, GP Anaesthesia, GP-OB and Palliative Care
Psychiatry Support: available in the region, mainly from colleagues in Orillia
Orthopedics Support: available in Barrie, Orillia and Collingwood
On-site Services: laboratory services, CT, Ultrasound, ECHO, X-Ray, Mammography, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy
