The Sharbot Lake Family Health Team (SLFHT) is seeking a Family Physician to join our collaborative, supportive, and well-resourced primary care team. This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for physicians seeking work-life balance in a scenic and community-focused environment. Physicians and their families relocating to Frontenac County will receive wrap around support from a third-party provider to assist in relocating to the region.

Requirements
