New Start or Next Step? Emergency Medicine Opportunities – Trenton, Ontario – Full Time Quinte Health – Trenton Memorial Hospital (TMH) is seeking full-time Emergency Medicine physicians to join a collaborative and well-supported Emergency Department serving the Quinte West region. This is an opportunity to work with a collegial team, provide care in a high-volume setting, and be compensated competitively for your expertise.
Compensation
- Approx. $600,000+ annually based on 12 shifts/month*
- Shifts typically average $3,000 to $5,000+*, with additional private billing potential (*based on current funding)

Scheduling & Shift Structure
- Mix of 8- and 9-hour shifts
- Single-physician coverage per shift, with scheduled overlap for transitions
- 9-hour double coverage during peak periods in the Fast Track/Greenzone area
- Flexible scheduling through MetricAid
Work Environment
- 34,000+ ED visits annually
- On-site CT scanner and full PACS access
- Cerner EMR
- Experienced nurses, NPs, and allied health professionals
- Home-based call option (within 20 minutes of hospital) or use of dedicated call room
Support Available
- Licensing support for CPSO eligibility
- Relocation assistance available
- Immigration supports for qualified candidates
Who We're Looking For
- CCFP-EM, ABMS, or FRCPC-EM physicians
- Physicians eligible for licensure in Ontario
- Emergency Medicine physicians seeking a stable, full-time opportunity in a supportive setting
